Hotel du Vin - Brighton

I'm heading down to Brighton this weekend and was planning to pop into HdV as they seem to have decent warm places to smoke.

Having never been to one of their shacks before, I just wondered if they are happy for you to smoke your own cigars, or do they prefer you to buy from them. I'm happy to pay for a few drinks obviously, but don't want to pay silly prices for a stick.

Anyone who frequents these establishments care to enlighten me?

i went there last winter, a patio heater against the wall by the side door was the best place to smoke. Bring your smokes

Yep, Ive also taken smokes here, no problem whatsoever.

The Edinburgh one is fine if you bring yer own smokes...as long as you don't take a carry-out from the off-license with you
