  • Manchester airport

My sis is flying out of the EU on Friday so I thought I'd be a good brother and giver her a shopping list

What is for sale at Manchester airport and what are the prices / storage conditions like?

I can't find any prices online

The duty free store at Manchester Airport has got a fairly small, but good selection of Cuban and machine made cigars and they are fairly cheap, but so far the best I've seen is Amsterdam Airport, which has got a walk-in humidor

The cigar cabinet at Manchester is a basic glass front humidor and I remember it holding mostly small packs of handrolled cigars, (e.g. Cohiba, Punch Serie D, Montecristo and a few others) instead of 20/25ct boxes that are available to buy at Amsterdam Airport duty free store.

I hope this is of some help or another and hopefully your sis will be sure to pick out some choice cigars for you

I may have to make a trip to Amsterdam airport in the new year
A cigar is not measured by its cost - It is measured by how much it burns your fingers

Amsterdam is not duty free for UK travelers. The vast majority of their stock is for outside the EU zone.

Agreed, my bad lol, although it's a good spot to buy some cigars if you're travelling to the Philippines lol

            UPDATE.

My sis phoned today whilst in duty free. There are no duty free cigars. They are all priced as if the traveller is travelling within the EU, she asked one of the staff in case the had a different pricing structure for non EU travellers. So no bargains to be had.
