They were on offer and were a great price and have a little age to them which is helps as I have very little with more than a year on them.

I think they were opened to general release recently. Probably he casas couldn't shift them all?

I purchased a box of these from Foxes last year, also dated 08, they smoke superbly.

Must get some more!

I think these are not selling too well and the rumours of them being withdrawn at some point may be true. The box is dated 2008 and the EMS sticker is dated 2011, there must be a lot of them in storage somewhere.

Crazy IMO, these are a great smoke, 07 or 08! Not complaining though, means those of us who want them can pick them up for a steal!

I quite agree, but I cannot work out why there are so many 08 boxes with reletivley new EMS stickers, you would have thought we would be on to 09 or 10 production by now. I read somewhere on here that the thoughts are although these have not been deleted that production has stopped. It makes you wonder if there has been an over production some where or if they have not sold as well as had been hoped.

Like San Cris Mercaderes, Officos an' Muralla. Upmann Royal Robustos you mean Dean. I think Habanos make these decisions 'rules' only to allow the main distributors ignore them. At the end of the day, there's only the one UK LCdH, and so a bit unreasonable to expect Ajay to take and sell H&F entire allocation of GMs.
