Fuente - A pair of real crackers!

First up, a new arrival in our shop yesterday, one of the most beautifully packaged cigars I have ever seen. Chateau Fuente King Ts come in a massive black and gold box with 24 Churchills in tubes. Open up the box and they look great.

Smoke one and they are a lovely medium flavoured smoke - creamy with a cedar, spice and quite a dry finish. Perfect draw and burn.

The real shock was its stablemate, the Brevas Royale. Shockingly good for a modestly priced short filler cigar costing only ?6. It was light and smooth with a something i have never tasted before - a hint of mince pies. Both me and my smoking friend Phil agreed - a hint of mince pies.

Had a King T I brought back from the states last year, you could tell it had good pedigree, but I thought it was a little too balanced (if thats possible), to the point where it got a little boring.

A 'Hint of mince pies' I can deal with but if anyone ever gets a 'touch of sprouts' you can count me out.
