Just a slight concern over the absence of the Habanos Denomination of Origin seal.Everything else checks out, including the bar code on The HSA authenticity checker so I don't know. What do you think??

The authenticity checker is a waste of time all they need to do is print 1000 barcodes with the same number. The missing sticker happens either poor Qc or came off in transit.

Your much better to look at the sticks, are they all the same length, ring gauge. Are they simar wrapper colours and in colour order. How do they smell/ smoke.
The main point is trust your source, if you've bought from an authorised retailer you should be fine. A dodgy guy down the pub not so much.

Everything looks kosha to me, maybe that came off. As always; the proof is in the smoking.

Thanks chaps yeah it all looks, smells and feels good etc and I'll likely fire one up later tonight. To be honest I still get a bit tied up by all the seals business occasionally. For example the government warranty seal sometimes comes "doubled up" with the black printed barcode number on one and then the red print number across the bottom of the other.Whereas some other boxes,as this one has, come with just the one seal and the black barcode. And if my understanding is right the black one superseded the red one in 2009 or thereabouts?? So on 2010 boxes why would you have a mixture of both,as I have had?.Anyway no matter,I'm satisfied that all is well and thanks again for your input

The new seal came out 2009 but was not used exclusively for 18 months or so. Therefore old seal used then box checked and then the new seal used.
