A bit belated but as promised heres my newbie attempt at a review... Go easy on me!

The construction was nice and had a lovely weight to it. The pre-light draw had earthy tobacco flavours with a very subtle sweet spice on the end. I really liked the size of it, it just felt really right between the fingers as I gave it a toast.

After a quick clip and toasting the draw was very nice and produced an nice amount of smoke with just a little bit of effort. The ash was well over an inch before I knocked it off.
The first puff produced earthy tobacco notes with a mild sweet finish. As I progressed, I picked up some woody flavors, almost composty. The earthy tobacco notes continued for the majority if the cigar but on the exhale there was some cocoa flavours I wasn't expecting with a touch of spice. it stayed like this to the end, the burn was a little inconsistent and I had to help it along a couple of times, but that may be down to my inexperience!

in my opinion this was a very consistent smoke & flavor. It was a good forty five minute smoke and a good way to celebrate me getting my dream job, no longer will I be trapped in a call center, I will now be restoring classic racing cars and building bespoke wire wheels for rich people all over the world!

Aye, good review of an old fav (there were my regular Havana 10-8yrs ago), good standard to judge other Havanas by. Getting out a call center must be good, hope the new job works out, look fwd to seeing lots of bespoke pics
