Never smoked a Culebra but pretty sure each piece is meant to be smoked separately

Absolutely. Frankly, I though it was evident?

btw, the "new" Partagas Culebras (2007 LCDH release, disccontinued in 2011 but still available everywhere) is quite good. But the older Culebras, machine-made until 2005, were terrible!

The Culebras are not a fantasy or an amusement: at one time (before the Revolution) the package of three represented the amount of free cigars allocated to the workers, they were twisted by a foreman to differentiate them from the cigars in production.

Yes they're rather strong aren't they? I like them as a late night smoke, paired with something sweet like port or sweet white wine, or a sweet rum or a Speyside scotch…

i had the culebra with one of my all time favourite whiskies, bushmills 16 year old!!! i'd recommend it with any 'spicy' cuban cigar, especially partagas:

btw, it's generally available in the uk for around ?35 (in tesco), much cheaper than the distillery or online!!!

One at a time. I had one (or should i say three?) of these before and found it (them?) awesome.

never tried one as I always smoked in the pub with a few beers , it would have looked strange smoking a twisted cigar, and once again smallclub came up the the correct information again
think lucky and you'll be lucky
