Widey, have you tried the 'where to smoke' section on the H&F website? It's not always right but a good place to start and then u can google the place to see if correct. Talking from experience, they don't always have a COSA as I've been to a few places only to find out they have no idea what I'm talking about

Try Restaurant Bar and Grill on John Daulton st.
They've built an awesome covered, heated patio area, very warm and cozy even in this weather.
They only let you smoke when no ones eating, i was there the other week for a couple of cigars but had to wait till after 10pm when they'd stopped serving food.
There is a bar outside also, so you can sit at the bar with a lovely cocktail and cigar, not many places left in the UK to do that.
