Well I came across something I didn't know before the other day:
Joseph aka John Merrick aka the Elephant Man used to roll cigars. From about the age of thirteen John worked in the industry but had to leave as his condition effected his dexterity. His uncle obtained him a hawker's license and he worked his trade on the street until complaints about his appearance brought an end to his trade.
