My name is Jerry and I live across the pond in Chicago. I have been reading this forum for several weeks now and decided to sign up. Deano, I commend you and the other members for providing an excellent forum and resource.

I have been smoking cigars for about 15 years now. I began during my time in the military. I was stationed in Tampa, Florida, which as you know, is the second biggest cigar city in U.S. after Miami. I have been hooked ever since. I am fairly new to habanos, however, but I must say, I now see the light!!!

I have learned a tremendous amount on this site, and hope to continue doing so, while making some good friends in the process.

Hello Boss!
Thank you for the warm welcome. At the moment, my favorite smokes are: RASS, Partagas P2, D4, and the Shorts. As you can see, I am really liking the Partagas. In my opinion, the Shorts are phenominal. Alot of flavor in such a small cigar. In non-habanos, I like the Padron 1926, Tatuajes, and Felipe Gregorio Power.

I have a box of Juan Lopez #2 and El Rey Del Mundo Choix Supreme on the way. I have never tried those brands before, but I have heard some good things about them, so I thought I would give them a try.

What are your favorites, Boss?

WN210, Thank you for saying hello. To answer your question, I was a K-9 Military Police Officer. I worked narcotics, explosive, and attack dogs. Hence, my nickname (jdawg). It has stuck ever since.
