Yep, well spotted, this is the Honduran pretender that calls itself Bolivar. First of all here is the blurb from the cigarstore.com:

And here's the reality. The wrapper is a rich brown colour with an oily finish and a delicious sweet earthy scent, it smells really good. Construction is good and the stick feels springy and slightly soft to the squeeze. It cut cleanly and the cold draw was very light and easy with the same sweetness as the scent and a hint of pepper on my lips and tongue. It lit easily and I drew and god, that was disgusting! I thought I must have lit it too far down the flame so I tried again and it didn't improve. It was harsh and bitter and very unpleasant. I didn't like a genuine Bolivar when I had one last year but I would rather have had that, in fact I did smoke all of it and I am prepared to try again with the one I got for Christmas but I won't be touching another one of these. It was the worst cigar I have tasted to date and that includes some pretty rough machine made Villigers. Apparently you can pick these up for $13 for a pack of five in New York, don't bother!
