Friend from the US can't join...Help, Deano.

Last week I mentioned a cigar blog owner I've chatted to a little wanted to join the forum, he just told me he got this message when trying to join "?We detect suspicious activity from your network; to complete this action, please contact the webmaster?

He has no idea what this activity is.

Any ideas Deano?

Quite often due to a banned IP, probably by the anti-spam plug-ins. First time I've seen it occur. He'll need to send me his IP etc and I'll look into it. PM me with it....

I believe It's normally if you have some kind of automated queries setup or a malware that's automatically sending data you may not be aware of...... I could could be completely wrong though.
