Ok guys so I'm going to review some Entreacto sized cigars against each other.

    Namely:

El Rey Del Mundo Demi Tasse
    Romeo Y Julieta Petit Julietas
    Hoyo de Monterray Du Maire

The above are the ones I have my hands on. I really want to include the Bolivar Demi Tasse in this review but understand it's not going to be quick or easy to get one in my hands, also if I can track down the Rafael Gonzalez Demi Tasse I will add this into the mix.

Anyway stay tuned for part One which will be the El Rey hopefully a little later today. And if anyone has any leads on the two I am short of please feel free to guide me, even if I can only get a single.

El Rey Del Mundo Demi Tasse

I have heard a lot of good things about this beautiful little stick, even at this tiny little size it is a true hand made CC.

The first thing I notice is that the wrapper is quite light with prominent veins, the stick is spongy to the touch and has a dry smell of rich tobacco, it has a smokey tone to it already.

After a delicate guillotine cut I find that the draw is ever so slightly on the loose side of perfect. And I am greeted by a beautiful slightly sweet woody flavour with almost a hint of pine and leaving an aftertaste of buttery biscuits.

Toasting light was like dark toast and the first lit draw was the woody pine. The smoke coming off was like nothing I have yet seen, very pearly and a HUGE plume which took me by surprise for such a small stick. If this is anything to go by then this is most certainly a sipping cigar.

First third and this is really reminiscent of a very high quality Virginia majority pipe blend. Very distinct from any other cigar I have ever had up to now. The ash was a dark grey and almost black in places and fell of its own accord at around a CM.

Getting up to the half way mark and the flavour has settled a little more delicate but still overall slightly sweet... Not quite Maple but not far off, I can't just put my finger on it. The burn is flawless and the smoke is still mightily impressive.

Home stretch and I'm getting the biscuits back and just the smallest almost in-perceivable hint of pepper.

2cm left and it's starting to smoke a little hotter than I like, but almost everyone I have smoked with is happy to smoke a cigar further down than I tend to so I am perhaps sensitive to the heat and it's not quite to the point that I will put it down as I am still enjoying it.

For the first time the burn skips a beat and favour one side, but we're almost home now so I'm not particularly bothered by this.

1.5cm left and the cigar puts itself out peacefully and I'm content to put it down. It took all of 22 minutes and that was by a slow smoker smoking quite gently.

Overall this was an excellent little cigar. While not exactly the last word in complexity it offers flavours that I am yet to find in any other stick and on that point alone I personally believe that it should have a place in anyone's selection.

Frankly if this one stick is indicative of how they tend to be then I'm going to go on record and say its a MUST have cigar.

If you have never tried it then please go out and get one. If you are a person who ever thinks "I have 15 minutes and I really would like to fit in a quality CC." Then please go out and get one.

I positively enjoyed this cigar from first smell to last draw and my only wish is that they did the exact same stick but twice the length for when I have that bit longer.

It's light enough to be a morning stick with a coffee, yet distinct enough to be an evening stick with a sparkling wine.

Now where do I find a humi the size of a deck of cards so I can always have 4 or 5 of these little wonders in my pocket?

Nice review man. It's good to see that you enjoyed it because I've kind of written off these cigars before I've tried them gor being too small

Nice review I think the smaller size cigars tend to get forgotten about. I'll put it on the list to try.
