  • Very cheap Robusto-sized Cubans

My 30th is coming up and I want to dish out Cubans.

Usually go for the faux Cohiba's I have, but they've run out.

Any other options? Got to be at least Robusto size to appease my friends styl?, and bloody cheap.

I may even go NC to be honest if someone can point out some good looking, mild, large NCs.

How cheap do you want to go and did you want to buy them in the UK? Snooky mentioned those Chinchalero sticks the other day. No idea if they are any good but they seem pretty cheap for the UK. Maybe a lesser brand from 1001?

I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

Dean - you can do a lot worse than these boys as VDS. As you know I never smoke NCs but back in the day I was quite into these chaps. I liked the puro robusto best of all and at $63 for 20 you cannae go far wrong.

The service is excellent and fast. IIRC shipping is also free. Check with Rudy first of all how he marks the parcel

and the Sixty's do look quite impressive.
?I have to laugh when I think of the first cigar, because it was probably just a bunch of rolled up tobacco leaves?

Few good suggestions so far, any others? Can't really see any cheaper Robusto/Double Corona sized Cubans on 1001 tbh.

Helix Robusto Tubos might be a good idea. Not cuban, but quite cheap and great for beginners. Watch out if you see them in Asda though -the Helix they sell is a corona hidden inside a robusto tube. I was very disappointed when I got it back!

If it was me I'd stick with Cuban.
There are boxes of Choix Supreme out there for about ?80.
                    Very nice mild floral cigar.

Would you recommend the Natural, Habano or Corojo wrapper, incidentally? Oh, and where from? I'm willing to try!
