  • CAO La Traviata

Just realised I posted this in the wrong section earlier.

CAO La Traviata .....I think it was the Divino size...
    Size: 5x50
    Wrapper : Ecuadorian Habano
    Filler : Nicaraguan and Dominican
    Binder : Cameroon
CAO normally have very modern looking designed bands and also have neon coloured boxes etc, but this stick looks very classic with a lovely golden band.
I cut this cigar, pre light draw was quite nutty I thought, with a hint of leather.
Lighting was easy, seemed to me just the right amount of smoke on the draw.
From the very first puff I fell in love with this cigar. Lovely creamy smooth taste from the beginning.
The ash was a medium/dark grey....stayed for an inchish, fell just before I could snap it.
I didn't particularly notice a change during the smoke but it stayed a consistent lovely leathery smooth creamy smoke all the way.
I will definitely be adding a few of these to my next order.

This is one of my favourite smokes in the NC area. Like you from the first time I smoked one I wanted more.
Shame that they are hard to come by in the UK.
See my youtube chanel as I did review this a couple of years ago.
          Nice work young man!

            Haha...young man....I wish.
I'll check out your review....interesting to see what someone else thinks of the same stick.
I did subscribe to your channel.

Question! for my non-cuban ignorant brain.

                is it pronounced CAO like:

Haha yeah, I was actually meaning the act of speaking phonetically and not the use of the NATO Phonetic alphabet. But get me on the phone to someone and I go strait to the NATO alphabet.
