This is a 5x54 straight Nicaraguan puro. It has a triple cap that is nicely applied. The wrapper is a dark milk chocolate with some noticeable veins. It has a slightly toothy feel to it. The cigar itself is solidly constructed with no soft spots or lumps. The per light smell was floral with a lavender scent and a very slight hint of cinnamon.

The first half of the cigar had a flavor of earthy lavender with hints of cinnamon, green tea and white pepper.

In the second half the flavor transitioned over to heavy black pepper, with woodsy and coffee tones in the background.

This was a full bodied cigar from start to finish. It had the earthiness I have come to expect from a Nicaraguan it just seemed to be darker here than say in a Pardon. This is the third cigar I have had from this line and each of them seem display this characteristic. The burn was sharp through out this stick as it has been with the others. It produced a good amount of smoke and needed no touch-ups. It was not overly complex. Each flavor was readily identifiable and the cigar seemed to transition about half way through. The pepper and the lavender seems to be the most dominate flavors in this stick with the rest being in the background. I wouldn't say that it is a pepper bomb, but you can tell that it is there in the second half. I don't foresee any nicotine problems with the stick.

Man, I need to get one of these to try! Lavender and Cinnamon.... That sounds like nothing I have had in a cigar yet, could be a good late night stick for me!

I find lavender relaxing so that sounds quite interesting.

Not sure I'm convinced by lavender in a cigar. Guess I'd have to give it a go but I imagine it'd taste like you were smoking a pack of palma violets
