  • Hello folks

    Hello folks,
I have been looking through the pages of the forum for a few weeks now, so I thought I would introduce myself, I go by the name Mr Lovegood, I live in Nottingham and I am 34 years of age, married with children and a MD of a small business.
When I was a small child there was a gentleman who lived across the road from me who smoked Cigars and drove a MGB, he used to drive past me in his little sports car and I can always remember the smell of cigars and petrol fumes.
I have always been interested in cigars, so over the past few months I have been smoking a few to see if I enjoyed it, and it would seem that I do! I got married in Barbados last year and had one or two over there, then we came home and I started on the hamlets, then moved on to Henri Waterman’s Half Corona, I am now looking to make the move onto something with a little more quality and style.
Thanks for taking the time to read my introduction.

Hello and welcome. By all means move onto the Cubans as other people have suggested but take your time. There are lots of cheap smokes to enjoy first and you can`t really go back when you get into the decent stuff which I`m sure you will learn the hard way lol

Welcome man, I'm just down the road in Derby and pay rugby just outside Notts every week. Have you tried Gauntley's on the market square? I've only ordered from them online but they should be able to guide you to a decent selection to try. They also do taster nights periodically but I've never been to one.
