1st half they lacked discipline around the breakdown, slow to get men over the ball allowing the Welsh to get hands on and gain penalties for not releasing the ball. Sailed close to the wind a few times with dummy runs and crossing moves, not impressed with League tactics in a Union game, all in all, 1st half they got what they deserved, a good trouncing, second half they got down and played ugly Rugby, and got a result, take away the penalty points conceeded and England had a comfortable victory.

Discipline is something We really need to be working on. Always seems the way. Great start to the Campaign though especially with a team Ravaged by injury I'd say it will come down to England or Ireland. But who knows what the French will be like. Love the six nations!

Must admit England's pack looked weak to me. Don't think I saw a decent scrum all night, however credit where it's due with that second half they deserved the victory.

Discipline and leaving bloody Hartley at home, which is basically the same thing, would be excellent. Really we need to start playing from the first whistle, not from after the first try. I thought the pack was looking pretty good, the Welsh scrum certainly looked ropey to me.

Ireland were very dull today and that scoreline really flatters them. Still, Italy might have a good defence but throwing over 200 tackles will just wear you out and they just looked exhausted at the end.

Scotland v France is a cracking game.

Common theme so far in this competition. I have to say that today's matches have been quite heartening for an England fan.

Well studying where i do if i was seen supporting England i think i would be assassinated, however with a second half like that they deserved the win

Scotland/France game was very watchable, enjoyed it more than England/Wales.

I think the Championship will deffinately come down to England v Ireland game after seeing all the teams with Ireland being at home I make them slight favorites.

A lot of errors in both games, probably understandable as it's early on.

England were far superior in the second half which won it for them!

Looks like we're (Scotland) getting the wooden spoon again, they just go on eBay and then the money is used to fund the training and development of our players!
