  • Greetings from the West Country

    Hello!

Decided to have a look around when I came across this site (about five hours ago - haven't left my seat since). Finally decided I should join up and introduce myself.

I only started on cigars a couple of years ago and unfortunately only have them infrequently (on holidays and the like - thankfully I try not to skimp on them either ). I have got a nice, if cheap, little humidor decorating the place - I take a degree of pleasure in tending to it and having a quick breath of the aroma whenever I need to add some solution.

If I pick up half as much useful info as I already have off this site I'll be quite happy.

      Welcome senor Simon,

Appears that you have all the makings of a fine BOTL, a.k.a. puro addict. Stick with us a bit longer chico and you'll be posting and puffin' like a little Robusto!

Names TJ, TJCoro, and I've been smokin' fine puros since 1853!

Welcome, thanks for posting! I think we all like a nice whiff from the humi. I know I do it daily.

Apparently it's good to get some air in the humi on a daily basis too, for fermentation reasons etc.

Brother Deano speaks wisely, listen well (except to the Mexican) and you will learn much my son!

Great to have you on board.

Great to see that you were stuck to your seat for five hours when you discovered this forum.

It can get as addictive as a fine Havana.

                Welcome aboard, Sir.

Welcome Simon hope you enjoy the forum mate.
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'
