  • San Cristobal El Morro

Smoked one tonight and IMO this is a great cigar that burns slow with thick voluminous smoke and tons of complex flavours.
It was very spicy and had those classic Cuban flavours of well aged tobacco, strong chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla bean and caramel.

IMO Habanos SA has created another classic Cuban with this cigar, everyone should try an El Morro.

Sit back, relax and smoke this cigar and you will not regret it.

    8/10 (box date 08)

    Cheers, HabanoSy

Just had a look. That's a sizeable beast! How long did it keep you out of trouble for?

      Just short of 2 hours...

Could of lasted longer but when I get about half way I tend to blast through the second half as it starts getting tastier and I can't get enough...!!!

      Cheers, HabanoSy

P.S. I'll send you one to try with your La Gloria Cubanas...

          Sounds like a good'n!

I'm sold! I've only tried two in San Cristobal line - the prinicpe and something else - and loved them both!

Thanks for the recommendations, senor spy.

            Quality.

I am currently smoking a box of la Fuerza and they are a very nice smoke indeed. What has impressed me is the consistancy of the smoke and the rich aromatic smell once lit.

They appear to be well constructed, and the rich Colorado Claro wrappers are slightly oily.Quality product.

I tried my first one of these 2weeks ago, in a Monthly Taster me and a few of my friends do Monthly and Nubbed it
Very nice sweet cocoa, mild to medium strength, a great starter and a long smoke
Not a huge fan of this line but becoming one
Aye glad I've got another one to try

Yep, just like you SS when I started out I wasn't to sure of the SC range but I've now had the Oficios, La Punta, El Morro and La Muralla with the latter being the most dissapointing smoke of them all IMO...

                Cheers, HabanoSy
