Wow that's a science fiction stem!

If The Borg smoked pipes... :-D

    I like it a lot.

They look cool in flesh and changeable bowls are great idea, after all you can have one pipe and many pipes at the same time .

But what makes me wonder is its heat conductivity - is the stem not going to be a little too hot? After all it's metal... Let us know how you get on with that pipe, I want one too and local store happens to have them

smoked 2 bowls so far, the very base of the stem gets warm, but not hot, you can certainly hold it and not worry.

the stem doesn't seem to change at all, in fact id say the smoke is noticeable cooler almost like a churchwarden

        so far I'm impressed.

the "dryrings" can easily be cut from any pipe cleaner wrapped around a bic pen so makes their cost negligible

I'm not a fan of Falcon pipes, I do have one that I have tried a variety of styles of tobacco in but just don't like the way it smokes, this does look great however
Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment as you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it!

Paulie, could you explain what exactly you don't like in the way it smokes? I'm just curious ....

The draw is too tight for me

I personaly like them got the international stem one's.
The only downside I found with them is unless I clean the bowl's bottom hole and the humidome after each smoke, eventually the gap narrows with sludge and restricts the draw.

Not saying they're bad as lots of people have them, just not for me
