Now, they may be NCs, but 50 of them in a sizeable humidor all for less than ?55...

    Plus P&P of course...

      Buyers Beware!

Looks like a pretty good deal, senor simplesimon, but sometime you do get what you pay for.

          Certainly cheap enough Si...

But like TJ & Mr.B say you do get what you pay for and 50 unknown sticks!, there in that bundle offer for a reason mate...!?!

Humidoro for the humi & one of the sponsors for your sticks mate, it'll cost more but im sure you'll be happier in the long run...

          Cheers, HabanoSy

Is it to the wholesale trade only, though? Or is it on sale for private individuals?

I mean, that is quite a few cigars, but they might not be the finest in the world!

Simon, I would agree with advice given. Be cautious! Don Kiki's branded cigars are very, very good. I have lauded them many times on this site and will continue to do so. They really are excellent.

But there is also a post of mine here (somewhere) that mentioned (my first order to Cuban Crafters) where I purchased 2 packs of unbranded "Maduro" torpedos. They were dry as bones and plugged. I should have sent them back no two ways about it but that is hassle and cost (even if it I did get it back). I have them now in my humidor and I am going to give them three months (they've had a month already) to rehumidify and then I'll test again. But, to be honest, I wish I had never bought them in the first place.

Don't worry... I had no intention of buying myself. Were I to be getting a new humi it would be from humidoro.de - lots of happy customers on here and good choice.

There are some decent enough comments about the smokes, but a) who can be sure about the person waxing lyrical about the mystery cigars, and b) it sounds like it could be anything (whatever they've got an excess of probably). If nothing else, good for smoking when p!ssed out of your head.

Agree wholeheartedly that you usually get what you pay for. Just commenting that whatever you got out of that lot wouldn't be horrific for the price.

no idea about the cigars but their Humi are ok as a starter bit of kit, my first Humi was a Cuban Crafters and served me well, its since moved on to other newbies and still going strong

                    A diamond in the ruff!

Some very sound advice provided by the elder aficionados around these parts

But every now and then you can find that diamond in the ruff, in these special offers. If memory serves me well, I believe I enjoyed a Cuban Crafter stogie that I found in their San Diego store many years ago that was pretty good.

But I have to admit that my cavernous humidor is filled with special buys that are doing little more than take up precious real estate.

Fortunatly I was able to unload, errr....I mean "gift" many of these gars to my under-educated relatives during our annual gathering in state of mind, mexico this past weekend.

Names TJ, TJCoro, and I only share my fine puros with aficionados, like those who frequent this fine but crowded forum.
