WANTED @ The mystery bulgarin bomber

I received 2 flor de cano cigars, but there was no love note. I know I have a few bombs in the pipeline but I actually do not know who these are from, I know daverave mentioned me trying out FDC's but I dont recall him saying he sent any. This is my first mystery bomb, who is it?!

I've outlined the cigars with white chalk on the pavement, coned it off and put up police tape til this mystery is solved!
