This is part of a gift I received from rokkitsci and very well received it was as well. The gift contained two RP Sun Grown and one George's Reserver which I'll revue tomorrow.

This stogie had a very nice wrapper and was nice and firm to the touch.There were very few veins and they didn't spoil the look of a good looking stick. the cap was uniform and well applied. 13
Smoking Characteristics /25
Pre lighting, there was a nice scented wood and vegetal smell from the cigar.The burn was good although it did go to a thirty five degree burn a couple of times before righting itself. More worrying was a split in the wrapper that developed between the first and second thirds. My worries were unfounded as the split was easily consumed without affecting the taste of the cigar. The draw was excellent - no hydraulic lungs needed! There was loads of spicy smoke and it smelt very powerful. Not one for the house - well, not for my house anyway! All in all, a good, powerful cigar that would have scored more if not for the split. 21
Flavour /25
The first draw of this was a shock as being a ciggie smoker, I always inadvertently inhale the first draw of a cigar. This sure let me know I was not smoking a cigarette by almost ripping my lungs out! I really need to stop that!
The first third was a nice mixture of spice and wood with a distinct overlay of white pepper. The second stage took on a slightly vegetal taste with overtones of espresso while the third stage continued on that vein with the espresso coming to the fore. there was a little harshness towards the end. A good tasting cigar but not for newbies! /21
Overall Impression /35
A very good cigar and one to recommend. the complexity took a little while to kick in but it was worth it in the end.This is not a cuban and does not have the complexity of same, but for a NC, it was a very good cigar. I found it a little rough around the edges and a bit harsh at times, but I'd definitely smoke them again. /30
