Cuban Evening at Marriott, Canary Wharf, 22/10/2009

A last minute reminder of another event we have planned for this Thursday, at the London Marriott Hotel in Canary Wharf in conjunction with Waitrose.

A few key points of what will be on offer, the Cohiba Siglo VI, tastings of the Havana Club Especial and 7 year old, Don Jose Navarro over from Cuba who is the Havana Club 'Maestro Ronero', Havana Club Brand Ambassador, Meimi Sanchez, will be holding a tasting and tutorial session and Berta Corzo from the home of Cohiba, El Laguito, will also be on hand to demonstrate the art of rolling cigars.

Oh blast. I would love to go to that but I would have to drive and, therefore, not drink. I hate the idea that it would mean a waste of rum, cocktails and a portion of the ticket cost, botheration.
