    New additions

    Picked up a few new cigars at a shop about 45 min from where I live.

    Funny story about this trip, I have bought from this guy before. Its not really a Cigar Shop but an architect that has a walk in humidor in his office, and he also sells some south western art. I got to talking to him and we were talking about Cuban Cigars, he took me back into the humidor where he has some cabinets and opens them up, as he is talking about some Cohibas a buddy of his got him. Guess what type of box he pulls out? If you guessed glass top, you are correct. He was so proud of them I did not have the heart to tell him.

    But in reference to the cohibas that your friend has in his humi, everybody knows that the cohibas which come in the glass top boxes are authentic! that is how they were packaged up until 2008.....

      It's amazing how many yanks get fooled by the glasstop trick. I am surprised word has not gotten out there more.

        i know that my first esplendido came from a glass top box! surprise, it was not a bad smoke at all. still, it was counterfeit. and counterfeits are shitty.....
