    Im off to Gibraltar this Month, then to Cuba next month where a non-smoking mate is joining me, so i will have a minimum allowance of 150 finest Habanos, problem is what to buy ? Oh joy!
    Any suggestions welcome.

                    Gibraltar has no exchange problems as the pound is used everywhere. Prices are probably the cheapest in Europe, alongside Andorra, as Gibraltar is duty free and not part of the EU
