Well guys, since i joined this forum last year , i have not only learned a lot about the best pass time on earth, i have also had my horizons broadened , laughed more than i have in years and made some great great friends. I know i bomb a few people here and there, but i would like to put up this comp.

It simple, the prize is this bottle of single malt.

http://www.ukcigarforums.com/gallery/files/5/7/0/arbelour_thumb.jpg (http://www.ukcigarforums.com/gallery/files/5/7/0/arbelour.jpg) http://www.ukcigarforums.com/gallery/files/5/7/0/arbelour_2_thumb.jpg (http://www.ukcigarforums.com/gallery/files/5/7/0/arbelour_2.jpg)

Arbelour 10 year old. Dont know a great deal about it, not sure if its good or not, but as i dont drink anymore thought someone may like it. Its been in the cabinet for a good few years and will never be opened by me so what the hell.

The question.

Im currently reading The Wheel of Time Book 4 - The shadow rising by Robert Jordan. Its the standard paperback and has 1046 pages.

Im a good way through, past page 400 , so whoever gets closest to my page as recorded now wins the bottle.

I will let this run for a week, so Wednesday the 24th march at 10pm it will close , and i will sort through who has won.

Open to everyone, so get guessing :)

It's simple really, to maxmise your chance of winning your guess should cover as many numbers as possible so by selecting your number in the middle of the biggest gap between number your chances of winning are improved.

Simples.

It's like picking a lottery number 32 or higher because a lot of people pick birthdays as their special number. You have just the same chance as everyone else as picking the winning number but the way you pick your number can maximise your outcome.

Anyone for the casino? I've jsut worked out a system lol
