UKCF 2nd year mega herf
Nic and I are busy planning the 2nd year mega herf.
We're looking at the 10th July at the Arts Club http://www.theartsclub.co.uk/ which is somewhat more up market than last time!
Nic has been and considers it a brilliant venue with a fair sized garden, canopy, and large parasols. It's pretty hard to find a covered venue where we'd be welcome!
What we'd like to know is who'd be interested, i.e. those with a 90%+ thought of coming, so we can accordingly. Basically there'd be a cost to each of us, as we'd divide the hiring out fee between us all.
Our guess is that we'd be looking at a cost of around ?15-?20 each including canap?s, depending on numbers. If we can't get the numbers high enough we'll have to go somewhere cheaper.
