Was going to be out all day today at a rugby tourney my son was playing in, so, before I left I said to the wife to listen for the postman as he may have a couple of cigars for me from Lee.
He got in touch the other day saying he had a few new arrivals and would send me a couple to try. I was really grateful and thought that perhaps he had read my post drooling over nub pics the other day.
On arrival home, SWMBO looked at me suspiciously asked what I'd been buying and handed me a bloody great box. On seeing the sender was Lee I began ripping at the tape to get entry.
Unbebloodyleivable. MEGABOMB. Guys, I never expected this in a month of Sundays. Bloody hell, I sent a handful down for it
A huge quantity of cigars, of all shapes and sizes, many I've never even heard of. There was genuinely a tear in my eye.
Thank you all so very much, you've really brightened up a fairly shit few weeks and given me something to look forward to while incapacitated in a couple of weeks after my knee op. (only kidding, sticking to rationing at moment in case things take a while to improve.)
I'd like especially to thank G-man & Lee for starting the ball rolling and doing the organising, and to all those who contributed as well as those who would have if they could have. I'm not going to name individuals in case either Lee or myself misses anyone out, just THANKS.
Really appreciate it guys and if I get a chance to return the favour I will.
