  • Storing Jars

Following on from the Storing Cabs thread as I've just purchased my first jars I thought I'd ask for some advice on how to store them.

    Do I :-
    • leave them in the humi with the jar lids off
    • do I put water in the supplied oasis type humidifier
    • do I just leave them in the boxes with the seals intact and dump the whole thing in my Humidor ?

Any advice will be gratefully received.

    The Timeless Question.

    That's easy, senor poopoo.

You leave 'em in the jar, wrap it in plastic, stick in a double-seal ziploc bag....and shove the whole thing up yer....

That's not very helpfull, Bag Boy!

I've got a few jars and what i've done is just left them in their boxes with the seals intact and dumped the whole thing in my Humidor...

IMHO that is the best thing to do...

Still not sure of the best way .

2 opinions - one to leave them in the boxes and put it in the humi and the other to insert them where the sun doesn't shine.......

Sorry TJ but I think i'll go with the other option.

Defeating the point by putting it in your humidor. I would use active humidification in it.
