Yep - you got it. I was thinking, the other day, that it grows tiresome taking a cigar in a tube to work; it could get to lunch time and i may not fancy that cigar or even a cigar at all. I may fancy one on a day i forgot to bring one in and i have often times forgotten to grab anything in the morning due to lack of organisation.

    NO MORE!

Call from post room - "James- you have a package here at reception". The new humidor for work has arrived. a 10-15 count small desktop humidor. Its quite cute actually and fits on my desk perfectly. There will be no double coronas stored in there or any A size cigars... unless i cut them in half... but a small selection shall be kept in there. Not sure what yet though. Will bring in a few from the home humi but i am looking at getting some petit coronas etc for a lunch time smoke.

Photos are attached - enjoy them. Sorry for the poor quality - iPhone.

My mother spoke to me yesterday and asked if you really are serious about having a humi and a nespresso machine on your office desk, I replied in the affirmative. She thought for a moment and said that she hoped your new work mates did not think you a terrible snob!

    I laughed, we both are!

Put a padlock on it to stop unwanted pilfering when your back is turned!

Its small enough to go in a drawer, but i will leave it on my desk for now - i dont think anyone will go fishing for anything in there...

What a great idea! I like it! If only I could find places close to my work where I can comfortably smoke a cigar...

I think Party Shorts and Trini Reyes would fit rather nicely in there!

Fantastic idea Jimmeh, but being the untidy bugger that I am I doubt I could find a space large enough on my desk.

Looks like the twin to my 50ct and if it's built the same you should have an easy time getting it seasoned and ready to go.

Of course you are already set up for rock solid RH with that lovely humidifier

                        I like that!

I'm guessing your month cigar packages get diverted straight to your office?

Yea - i am going to leave it as it is over night - bring in my hygro tomorrow just to see where it is at and when it hits 70 - put some cigars in there.

                          So far i am considering:
                          Partagas Mille Fleurs
                          Ramon Allones Small Club Corona
                          Partagas Short
Le Hoyo (not sure which yet)

                          5 Vegas Classic Petite Corona
one or two Oliva G Special G as recommended by SeanP.

Thanks again for the humidification Sean. Disclaimer: For best results, place in humidor.

Sadly I work in Westminster, with benches by the Thames constantly covered in pigeon crap, pavements persistently patrolled by the 'Litter and you get Fined' PCSOs, with the only nearby park being housed within Westminster Abbey, and not forgetting the park outside Parliament, which still remains under squatter control...

Hehe Big T's Mum is right! You will look like an old snob with a humidor. Who cares, you should have got one with a lock on. No leaving your office anymore LOL.

Where did you buy it if you don't mind saying?
