  • A couple of new sticks

As ever I find it almost impossible to walk past a cigar store without popping in to admire their humidors. As usual I end up getting out the wallet and buying a few. Is that such a bad thing I hear you say? Not for the humi but maybe for the bank balance.

Anyhow, here are the latest singles:

A RyJ Wide Churchill. I have to wonder if I have a cutter big enough to handle it, it does look good.

The other is more unusual. A Robert Graham 'Speyside' cigar which I believe is a Nicaraguan cigar. Apparently made to acompany a Speyside single malt. I will have to put this to the test shortly.

      O O O O O O Wide Churchill. Man I want another one of those bad!

How moist is it? I have heard reports of them needing a little moistening and then a lot of smoking. Boy I loved that stick!!!

+1 for the wide Churchill. Very very nice but a lot stronger than your typical RyJ. Enjoy.

you'll have to give us a report on the Speyside combo.
          Sounds interesting.

I will do, I have an unopened bottle of Glen Moray I was gifted last year from my neighbour for doing him a favour. Glen Moray being a Speyside malt makes it perfect to try this suggested cigar/malt combo with.

Could be dangerous though, as I have never tried either so a double new session is upon me.

Given the name, I would think the tube design is the Scottish flag CJ

Ooops, sorry just seen the tongue in cheek Smiley......lol

Saying that I certainly hope that is a tongue in cheek smiley or I have totally got the wrong end of the stick..

                  Regards
