Smoked two Nub 460's over the last two days, what can I say!

Absolutely bloody lovely, an amazingly good smoke in a compact package.

I'm sure lot's of people on here have tried them, so won't bother doing a proper review (unless I'm asked), but if you haven't tried them please do.

Will be buying a box of the 460 Habano's as my next purchase.

Big thanks to Boss Hog for the swap, Sir, I owe you.

Nubs are good . Ask Lee. He has the odd word or two to say about them.

I have the cameroon and connecticut in 460 but i love the habano in 466, so much cigar for you money. No matter what they say girth does matter lol. I'm taking a healthy collection of Nubs to a stag do at the weekend to convert a few other people

I just don't get this whole Nub "thing."

Yes, they're good seegars, but they're too fooking short!

I don't buy into this whole "sweet spot" thingie; I think Oliva is just trying to scam us out of our money by shorting us on terbacky.

I have a big, fat, generic bundle stogie that Cuban Crafters makes with an Indonesian wrapper that's a 6 x 52 fatty that smokes like a dream and produces wonderful billows of sweet smoke all along its entire 6 full inches that cost me 60 bucks (USD) for TWENTY-FIVE of 'em (that's about $2.40 per or roughly one-and-a-half lbs. Stirling Moss of the Realm)!

The Gran Habano Gran Robusto is a six-incher that weighs in with a 54 ring(!) that pumps out rich, smooth, creamy plumes of smoke on a dead even burn with a gorgeous gray ash for about three-and-a-half bucks (that's two-and-a-quarter quid).

Or you got your Nording (made by Rocky Patel for the famous pipe tobacco company) that comes in at a hefty 6 x FIFTY-EIGHT! This beastie is a virtually unknown well-kept secret that will keep you humming a happy song for over TWO HOURS for just over 4 bucks (a little over fifty shillings).

And yet, all I ever hear is tongue baths over these midget Nubs.

              I just don't get it.

                    +1

I did have some for about 6 months but I never felt compelled to try one so I moved them on.

Funny think with smokes, one can have a mental block over a brand and just never go there.

Might be fun to have a blind taste with Rokkitsci's suggestions and an equivalent Nub, perhaps HabanosSy and I should do it as we haven't smoked either. Of course there is always the possibility that we won't like either

I like them as they don't last too long. I like the big ring guagae but don't always want it to last that long. With the nub you get the ring guage of a big cigar and the short smoking time of say a party short.
I love them and will be smoking them again.
                      Up the Nubs!!!!!!!!!!!

I like NUBs too ..... but Rokitt has a point ..... there's bound to be other equally good 'stubby' type cigars out there.
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

Mmmmm Maduro, oh how I wish there was one in my Humi, but to be fair it would probably nestle in there for all of 30 seconds before I smoked it.
