  • Need your verdict chaps.

The rat-race continues. I am overhauling my site/business as I've had much feedback saying it's too complex, dark, uninviting etc. I love the photo stuff , so i'm rebranding it as pure Photo works (no graphic design, corporate stuff to fluff it up).

The new site design im working on is meant to be simple, so people know EXACTLY what I do without reading boring text, or clicking through random stuff.

I've come up with this so far, what do you guys think? (If you were needing photo stuff, what would you look for in a service?)

    Hi Mr. B,

Over looks like and direct, but I think you should give some thought as to what you want your visitors to do once they hit the website. You dont have any strong calls to action (just contact in your main menu).

Here is some good advice for creating a website that works for you:

Looks Better . Where you have the differant scroll across the photos it would be better if it were a ghost lettering . Very faint but still present. Just my 2 cents worth. Then new design is very pleasing to the eye.

Just doing the visual groundwork first, then I shall be adding stuff like this when the general consensus is good. VERY handy blog post by the way, bookmarked
