Mobile Phone Apps ??

Let me start by apologising if:
a) This has already been covered by another thread. and
b) If I am posting this in the wrong part od this forum..

Does anyone know of any good apps for mobile phones - both for the iPhone and Android

Personally I have an iPhone 3g so was going to ask for just on that but I can only guess that someone else would have come on here and asked for Android apps so thought it best to cover both in 1....
