  • Do we have any lawyers here ?

Just out of curiosity, are there any lawyers or policemen, perhaps even anyone who could give me a tad of advise regarding an issue.

    Thanks in advance

Unfortunately I am neither, but this does sound interesting! Good luck.

I'm watching Dirty Harry right now, I'm sure that qualifies me to answer any legal queries one may have

Pandyboy upholds the law in Hampshire but is getting married tomorrow so might not reply if it is urgent. I studied business law and was a legal advisor in the navy if that could help. Also depending on your need you might want to say where you are as Scotish and English law varies quite a bit.

Scottish law is somewhat different to English and Welsh law so I would be unable to give advice on a legal front.

Take a trip to your local police station, citizens advice bureau etc and they will be able to advise you on any problems.

Drop me a PM if you want more as I don't like discussing these things openly.

                Cheers

I had legal issues with my neighbour once when he beat his wife, I plastered him up and down the street, issue resolved.( Not that I condone that behaviour)

Well Basically the story goes like this gentlemen.

I returned home this evening and had a nap on the sofa about 20 past 5 for about 2 hours, as did my mother in her boudoir.

At approx half past 7 the cat decided it would be a good idea to piss on me, so naturally I went a bit king kong . Told the cat to F**K off and proceeded to go for a shower. About 20 mins later the mother answered the door to the police wanting to talk to me. I came out the shower and downstairs in my housecoat, dripping like, well i came out a shower.

Allegedly, i was shouting down through the floor saying ''Die Tina you Fucking bitch, DIE !''

Now myself, i am an upstanding chap i think, i would never do that type of thing. She was asked if she wanted to press charges and she said no, otherwise id be in the cells as we speak.

Your local police are a bit quick off the mark , my sisters ex and his whore keep harrassing her , following her , tampered with her car and the police said that they have to physically touch her before they can do anything.

Medical negligence is more my forte, sadly.

If your neighbour really has mental issues and makes false claims to the police on a frequent basis they will be put on a list of well, how shall i put this, hmmmm, "nutters". That way when they dial 999 about the aliens, monsters, murders and rapists hiding in their tin of baked beans waiting for the anti Christ to rise from the floor boards their calls are appropriately dealt with by the community policy officer the next day. I used to have the same thing in the military and we called them persons of interest to the intelligence services. It is sad but if i was you i wouldn't do anything about your situation, the last thing you want is for them to become fixated on you. Nuisance nutters can quickly turn into dangerous fixated nutters, don't raise your head out of the trench. Just let the police know the situation if they call round.
