    it's a great day for a picnic,think i'll smoke a cigar

solid easy grip, tobacco and a light pepper smell

easy cut, a quick light, and i have a new friend.
spiced coffee with hay in the first couple of puffs

a few puffs later and cream has been added to my coffee. still have the spice and hay,and i believe they are coming together nicely

    steady smoking,diggin' on the flavors

ash fell at about an inch or so,then the spice kicked up a notch and brought a little cocoa with it

    it's kicking,i'm digging it,and it's a great day for a smoke!
'scuse me while i kiss the sky

almost halfway, the hay has turned to grass, cream is there with the light spiced coffee and just a glimpse of cocoa

2/3 in and the spice has gotten a little peppery,no bite, not over powering, but definitely the front runner.
still tasting coffee, cream is fainter, cocoa is just barely there,grass/hay has faded

3/4 and still having fun. i don't own a watch, mostly because i don't care what time it is,but i think i've been smoking an hour or so.
cream is very light.coffee, grass and cocoa have blended and are having a party in my mouth, dancing on my taste buds, and tickling my nose.

final couple of inches, bandless, but this bad boy is starting to kick!
pepper is running the show, with a grass/hay barnyard taste gaining, cream and coffee are in the back and cocoa has left the building

nubbin' it and luvin' it! this is one of those cigars that you finish and immediatly want another one.
    sadly,it's my only one

thanks for reading, hope you enjoyed the review!

I love your reviews. They're like comic strips and they tell a nice little story It's just a shame that at the end of each one the hero gets skewered
I'm still waiting for the whiskey to whisk me away
And I'm still waiting for the ashtray to lead me astray

              Nice job!
(and the hat's O.K. too - but the sun-glasses what were you thinking?)

              But anyway.
So, where would you place the 'Sublime' if you were ranking it in relation to the other Cohiba's you've reviewed lately?

              Jus' curious is all.

                    Hi El Cat
You must have posted this as I was writing mine,
You reckon it's the Sublime he's smoking, just that it looks very small in his hands for the Sublime, possibly just the way the pictures taken but considering it's 6.3/8 x 54
A fine review all the same makes me want to fire one up

Yeah, I thought the photo's looked a little misleading too.
It looks small in the hand. . . but bigger in his mouth?
                      No offence Ron!

I saved a few (for special occasions).
Love 'em, but just like Ron's, the wrappers let them down a little, at least in comparison to the kind of thing Cohiba are 'knocking out' these days.

the cigar was in a bomb i received and i'm not sure which one it is. it wasn't a 54 ring though. as for where i would rate it,i would say it was in the same class as the robusto, which is one of my favorites.

                        the sunglasses?
                        i was thinking,it's sunny out...lol

i smoked it, and then checked to see what it was. i didn't check the ring gauge before smoking, but it felt smaller than a 54.
let me know what you find out. i enjoyed it,whatever it was...

Still think it was the sublime.

Here is a rough (very rough) unscientific comparison.
                              About the same?
