Now to drink a beer, smoke a cigar, keep playing with my motorbike which is parked in the loungeroom and call myself a man!

You can park it in here on one condition. You do some modifications on it and are smoking a cigar whilst you are doing it.
Oh, and I have a heater!

Congrats on 100, but what is it about bikers that they all seem to want to bring the bike inside?

I sailed with a Chief Engineer we called "kickstart" who bought an old Harley in LA and had it winched aboard the ship and into his cabin! He then spent the next three months taking it apart and putting it back together again. His steward was facing apoplexy as he couldn't keep the cabin clean!

I used to rebuild my first dragbike in the dining room. Even fired it up late one friday before a saturday meeting. Took about a week for the house to stop smelling of avgas.

What took you so long BTW? Your an Aussie, BS comes naturally.

                lol. Poor bugger.
I bring mine inside as its dark outside right now, I have heaps of light inside and honestly, I'm more inclined to work on it inside as it feels like a shed to me. If I had a shed, or a garage for that matter it would be in there.

Can't wait to get to the metal shop tomorrow. Guillotines (sp) bench drills and a big magnabend. This bracket will take me less than 5 minutes to cut out and bend to shape.

                      Michelin M45 tyres
                      chopped and lowered front guard
                      Chrome 7inch headlight
                      chrome bullet blinkers

                      3 inch chrome mirrors

                      125cc pitbike carb
                      ported, polished and flowmatched head.
                      1mm oversize polished piston
Every moving part was replaced with new.
Umm other crap I have forgotten

                      Cut down the gear selector
                      removed centre stand

                      Custom exhaust
                      lowered and reupholstered seat
                      new rear shocks
                      chopped rear guard

                      bullet indicators on rear
                      oval chrome brake light.

There is more coming too. Custom racing cam, the new exhaust, bigger jets in the carb and posssibility of getting one from a 150cc.
                      It really has been fun!

Its stock top speed was about 75-80km/h.
Ive sat on 125. I want to see 150.
Photos next week when its back together and not covered in plasterboard dust. lol

                        Sigh, Im looking into it.
6mm oversize piston and an effing lumpy cam are on my mind.

Yep, thats what I'm talking about! Research time for me to see what I can do with cam lift & duration versus piston pockets & compression. LOL. Love this stuff!
