    Christmas Herf in the Midlands

    Hello Folks,

    Would any one be interested in a Christmas Herf in the Midlands? If so I have a couple of ideas.

    How about Saturday Evenings the 11th or 18th December, or Sunday afternoons, 12 or 19th December?

    On all these dates we will be offering a Hogroast and on Saturday 18th we have live music from the Destroyers on early evening. We could do a couple of special Christmas things to get the day off to a good start.

    Any feedback welcome.

        Sounds like a great plan, and I'd certainly try and get along if I could. However December is nuts for me and I know the staurdays are already out.

          I'll have to check with the Lady but my diary is clearish on the 18th.

          [EDIT] 12th may be better for me as she has a gig in the Midlands the night before.

            Great to have a chance to sit down and smoke a couple of good (Cuban!) cigars with like-minded BOTL in a cigar friendly boozer.

            Can't think of anywhere better for a centrally located Herf.
            Looking forward to the next one.

                    Will do our best to be there whatever the date. Unfortunately we were too knackered yesterday afternoon after a late night Saturday/Sunday morning made even later by being first on scene of an accident on the M5 at 2.00 a.m. Unfortunately I had to be up at 6.30 a.m. for a radio interview, so we spent Sunday afternoon snoozing.

                    Hopefully we will find time over the next weekend or so to pop in.

                    Evenings are a little tricky due to babysitter problems, but afternoons/early evenings are good for us.
