  • Six Nations Herf

I'm not sure if anyone would be interested in combining the Rugby with the herfing but if anyone is I quite fancy either:

    Scotland v Ireland Murrayfield Sunday, 27 February 2011 15:00
    or
    England v Scotland Twickenham Sunday, 13 March 2011 15:00

I am not limiting myself to just these matches or venues & hoping for input from others as to feasability

There are still lots of tickets available for most matches just Google 6 nations for other matches.
If we could reach an agreement on match & venue & numbers before Xmas we could sort out the herf details then.

Just an idea, your thoughts please

I'm up for the Edinburgh game and maybe the London one also?

I may be enticed to the match at Twickers. Not sure I'd be able to make it up to Edinburgh in March though (despite the lure of the Royal Mile... I still remember my dad's story of enjoying the pre-match drinks around the RM so much that they didn't get to Murrayfield until about half-time!)

Emulating your dad is not a bad thing but I'd prefer to see the game - then get well trollied, you have three excuses then, win, lose or draw : even my Missus falls for that one.
