  • Favourite Biscuit...

Just sat down for a cuppa & fancied a biscuit!
Lo & Behold in the cupboard my fave.
Jacob's Fig Rolls. luverly, shortbreaddy outside with tasty squidgy middle, the knees with tea or coffee.
    What's your favourite & why

McVitie's Milk Chocolate Caramel Digestive. Not sure I have a reason, apart from the fact they taste FREAKIN' INCREDIBLE!

I don't have a sweet tooth, so any biscuits I do eat tend to be savory .... or crackers.
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

Currently munchin' through some gingerbread my daughter got me in Germany at the weekend. Very strange it's got crunch aniseedy bits in it.

Otherwise it has to be squashed fly biscuits (Garibaldi) or Fox's chocolate ginger or maybe even chocolate Bath Olivers - They have so much chocolate on you only get about 6 in a tin!!!

I'd have to go with old faithful - dark chocoloate digestive. And, I suppose, it would have to be McVities.

Are you kidding, isn't half the Scottish economy based on the manufacture of those sticky little darlings?

Yes they do! There was a time I used to get large bags of 2nds from a neighbour who had a shop by the factory(easily 100 in each bag), tasted the exact same but didnt make the cut for asthetic reasons.

Those were the days, poor dears dead now, god bless her chocolate giving soul.

It would have to be shortbread fingers.

Or if you get the chance, get M&S chocolate cookie dunkers, they are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh yes, Tunnock's Caramel Wafer and its gold foil wrapped cousin Tunnock's Caramel Log (same idea but covered in toasted bits of coconut that go all over the carpet while you're eating it.)

Like Kam we used to get bags of the seconds too. Don't you just love quality control.
