  • Recorded in a Ramon Allones fug today...

The originals band I play in recorded a track this afternoon in a room where cigar smoke is allowed to hover. Other fumes are there but this one is mine.

Written this afternoon and recorded first take.

Needs sharpening up - of course - but we did it as three today.

I have to say I really like it and feel great this evening.

    I hope you enjoy.

    This way to SOUNDCLOUD...

    Bryan

    Bring on da' funk!

Umm. The sound wave does look like a fine perfecto. Gotta' a nice beat...great to dance to...with undertone of a Mersey Beat!

I'd give it a 9.3 and two thumbs up

Hey el Perro! I likz the talkin' at the end. Shades of the Fab Four!

Thanks boys x. Ah the joy of jamming with friends and trying to find something. The previous two night were spent on accruing cigar top up funds by playing with other mates putting out Abba and Shakin Stevens and Mustang Sally stuff. Still it is better to practise finger and voicebox work than not to play at all.

Love jamming and writing best of all tho

Really nice feel. When are you all heading into the studio to track these? They'll be great.

I really like live music without all the computer interference that is used to sanitize and popularize, nice cool relaxing track, the first third i definately picked up a flavour of Spanish influence, the middle third i got hints of Gerry Rafferty, and the finish gave me a distinct remembrance of Elton John.

Billy Joel someone reckons at work. Oh well.

Drew - Hopefully some time after Christmas.

The two guys have worked together for a few years and asked me to try out with them. I'll be staying. They like having piano where they had none before, and I appreciate what and how they play and how well it fits together.

I've got so much JOB work on at present and working on stuff like this is a source of real joy. It makes me feel warm inside.

That's lovely stuff Bryan - it makes me want to use my voice but the only thing around here is the male-voice choir or a very Christian singing group.

I'm not sure they'd take to the stogies.

                    Sounding great Bryan.

Now if you could only put on weight, claim benefit, get your hair into a mullet, change your name to Rimsky-Korsakov, sing out of tune and speak in a fake Brazilian accent you could be a real star!!!

I'm waxing myself below for starters.

I love choral societies but they are full of teachers so I avoid them as that is hell.
