      On the lookout.

Never tried the Baker`s, but I will certainly look out for it the next time I`m looking for Bourbon.

Yes Whisky , I know I called it whisky & I really should have put 'sour mash' in front of it...
only a purist like yourself would have picked that up. We will have to swop notes, I can't say I'm a 'collector' but I have about 30ish malts on the bar & probably a dozen blends - - that's without the BOURBON & others

I just sparked a bottle of the Bakers at the weekend. Lovely stuff. If you like it try the Bookers 7 year 128.4 proof from the same series. It will knock your socks off. Goes great with a Belicosos Finos

              Little book?
"In Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love, they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock!"

There is a little book that comes on the neck of each of the bottles from this series of bourbons.

Snap on the Basil Haydens. Its definately on my list of next purchases. That and a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle if I can afford it!
