Been in that neck of the woods a couple of times and I remember picking up some Monte No 04, but the selection is not the same as you would find in Spain. I would take your own sticks for sure mate.

Yeah I figured as much, guess I was just wishful thinking. My travel humi will only hold 4-5, would a Tupperware with one of the ziplok humi bag things do the job for maybe 15-20 sticks or should I look at something different? Anyone?

        Andy,

Will you be hiring a car whilst in the Algarve? It's worth remembering that Spain is only a day-trip away... most points on the Algarve are not more than 2 hours drive to the Spanish border and Seville, as an example, can be reached in just a few hours drive. Well worth the trip for the sight-seeing alone - I wasn't a cigar smoker when I last did it...

To be honest I don't know, I assume probably as there are 8 of us going and so the usually ends up being a car or two. If that's the case ( excuse my novice ignorance) what would I expect to find in Spain?

Cheaper cigars... and lots of them! And that's without mentioning Bulls, Straw Donkeys and the like!

Biggest market for Cubans... somebody ought to be able to point you in the direction of the Spanish Govt price lists.
