Missus has given up the fags and is considering trying a cigar. Anyone have a wife or girlfriend who likes a cigar and can suggest a good beginners ladysmoke

Hoyo Petit Robusto, nice and light but a chubster between a pair of lip stick lips - Nice!

Rocky Patel girl here! Remember to tell her to avoid inhaling. It can be a bit of an automatic reflex with cigarette smokers and will turn her off cigars for life if she does.

She enjoyed a puff on a monte 4 at the weekend and managed not to inhale. Also persuaded me to spark up the shisha pipe with some apple flavour tobacco. I think I may have to keep close watch on the humi!

How about starting on ERDM Demi Tasse? Something light, flavoursome & something she would probably finish. A few puffs of a robusto & she might be put off when she realises there's another 45mins to go! I remember seeing a pic of a certian member's good lady smoking a Cuaba Piramide but I bet she didn't start off by smoking such a large stick; patience.

I like to smoke different cigars. do not like to stick with one cigar only. My first cigar was strangely RA specially selected – robusto size, still enjoy smoking them

Hi Tash, can I suggest you go over to 'newbie greets' and introduce yourself.

A Robusto & RASS at that, as your first cigar & your still smoking cigars. WOW I have seen grown men go slightly green on their first stogie, with milder brands than that. As Monkey66 says, please introduce yourself & let us know what other cigars you enjoy.

Tash, perhaps you should be introducing yourself in the Retailer's & Brand Owners forum? I notice that out of 6 posts today you have mentioned Tom Tom 4 times. Are you on a discount for every mention or related to the owner/staff?

A bit hard not to notice. Tash, please introduce yourself properly, if you are connected to TomTom that is fine but important to be upfront, if not let us widen your horizons beyond the (very nice) Elizabeth Street.

Monte 4, 5, Cohiba Sig 1 and R y J petit corona. A slimmer ring gauge to start for sure.
