Ramon Allones Petit Belicosa 2012 RE 52 X 125 Br Rd Gd Band 2nd Band Rd, Wh, Sl. Figurados

Well there, now you know which sticks I was referring to. And which one I meant.

Now let's not point out my ignorances of the H. Upmann brands,

But yea, the point still got through despite my incorrect example.

as far as i'm aware, the regional and limited editions are supposed to be different/ special blends, have a limited production run and are released on a yearly basis!! sorry jeremy, but there is no difference in the uk & canadian h upmann magnum 46 because it ISN'T an RE, it's a regular production cigar!! i tried a bolivar britanicas (uk RE 2012) recently and to be honest, i didn't find much 'bolivar' there! for a start, it was lighter than usual!!

I find it more as a marketing scheme than an actually quality differentiation. But that's just me . Anyone else got their two cents on this??

They do work on the same basis as Limited Edicion cigars. Coming out for only a year, then going away after that......
Magnum 46 (RE) ??? I thought these were standard production & later a jar made available in Europe...

The main thing that makes them 'special' is that they are only released in certain regions (so the UK will have a specific regional edition, then Canada etc, etc and are only available for a year.

I've never actually smoked any so I can't say whether they are worth buying ahead of the standard ones or not.
