As far as sending 'em back, they laid around for so long I didn't realize that so many were plugged until long after the purchase. And TBH, I can't remember who I bought them from, but I have an idea and most of the stuff Rav....errr, damit! I mean "the vendor" provides is top-notch stuff!

if I had spent this much on a box it would have been for a special occasion, if they had been duds then I would be strait back to where they came from.... If there was an issue returning/exchanging them then I could see me falling out with someone big time.

That's a real drag TJ, as said a crying waste. Never had a problem with a Bloi CJ myself, only the Coronas Extra, which I believe has a rep for it. I'd have sent them back to my supplier after 3 or 4 duff sticks, must have been a good claim for a replacement box. Guess if you have kept them for a few yrs before starting them that might be a bit trickier.

but seriously..... i've found that draw pokers are probably the best bet (hardy har har, we get the pun. get on with it then) when it comes to these fuckers. BHK 52s are notorious for being tight as well and they're around the same price as these per stick, no?
a little prodding in and out with the poker should get it loosened up for a fine smoking......

Muchachos,

A while back, senor CJ started a tread on Plugged Puros. So I thought it would be interesting to talk about your Worse Box Ever!

For me, it's a box of Bolivar Coronas Gigantes (box date Aug 08). Every single stick was plugged to some degree, many absolutely un-smokable! Even my trusty "Draw Porker" could not save these sticks.

As you can see from the picture below, the one I tried today practically exploded as I attempted to unplug the bugger! What a waste!



And before you ask, the box is stored don TJ's massive unit (humidity ave. 68%) along with his other fine puros.
