    hi,

thanks for the info. I think ill just buy a single of what I think ill like. Is there a website you can review cigars? I know there is one for pipe tobacco.

I've never noticed buying in bulk being cheaper and I've kept away from samples as been concerned they chuck in the odd duff one to bump it up, tho I might be wrong.
I know taste is a personal thing but I stalk the 'what are you smoking today' thread, see what other more experienced guys are smoking and if it's in my price range give it a go.
You'll soon get a list of a few to get you started.

    Hello,

thanks for the info, i use cgars already for pipe tobacco occasionally as they are my local. I have been looking on their website and I have seen a few samplers i like. I assumed buying in bulk would be cheaper than single.. Is that not the case?

With regards to research I have done a fair amount but that can't beat hands on experience.

    Thanks
    Chris

I think you need to reach a certain number of posts before you can buy/sell anything, but in the meantime you can buy a number of samplers from most online cigar shops - the following link takes you through to the relevant section CGars, although shop around in case someone else has a sampler that appeals to you more than theirs:

I would also say that doing a bit of research and buying a batch of singles that appeal to you would be the better option than buying a sampler as there are often some cigars included that don't appeal to you included in the sampler, and you don't normally save any money either.

    Buying starter packs

    Hi guys me again,

3rd post in on the first day, what will you think of me?:s Anyway, is the anyone on here who has a few too many cigars who doesn't know what to do with them? I'd happily buy them from you as I have just got into the hobby (my first smoke was a villiger) so I am eager to try as many different cigars as possible to find what works for me. Same goes with humidors ect.

if I have posted this in the wrong section i am truly sorry (still getting used to the forum)

    thanks in advance

    Chris
