    When i first started smoking cigars i used to always get them but they have calmed down a bit down but i do always have a fizzy drink next to me as i find smoking drys my mouth out

    Maybe it's just me but I don't mind the nicotine rush. It's a bit like being drunk but it only last for a few minutes and you don't get a hangover

    Sugar counteracts the effects of nicotine so chocolate is good too. Don't smoke on an empty stomach. Stop when you start to wobble. Avoid the stronger nicotine loads. I too am a lightweight despite smoking them for over a year.

    Thought I'd try and pick up some tips from you knowledgable bunch.
